Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nutriguide.id and any consultation service booked through it. The site is operated by NutriGuide Indonesia, Jl. Malioboro No. 45, Yogyakarta, 55271, Indonesia.
Read the terms in orderWhat these terms cover
The website
How pages, downloads and enquiry forms on nutriguide.id may be used, and what you agree to when you submit one of them.
The consultation
How a booked session with a registered dietitian is quoted, paid for, confirmed, cancelled and delivered.
The limits
What our dietetics service does not do, where responsibility stays with you and your physician, and which law applies.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the consultation service.
Continued use after a change to this page means you accept the updated version. You can read the version in force at any time on this page, and you can stop using the site or the consultation service whenever you choose.
Nature of the Service
NutriGuide Indonesia provides nutrition consultation and educational content. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescription services. Consultation does not replace care from a physician.
You get dietetics
Food and eating guidance built around your intake answers, your routine and your usual meals, delivered in writing after the session.
You do not get a diagnosis
We do not read test results, name a condition or prescribe. Anything clinical is answered by your physician or a hospital, not by this service.
Guidance sits beside your care
If you already see a doctor or take prescribed medication, bring their advice into the session. Our plan works alongside it, never instead of it.
Educational pages are general
Articles and guides on this site describe common practice, not your personal situation. Use them as context when you talk to your dietitian.
For the practical details of a session, see How It Works and the range on Nutrition Services.
No Medical Advice Relationship
Submitting a form or reading content on this site does not create a physician-patient relationship.
Your dietitian works within the scope of dietetics and refers clinical matters to your physician or a hospital. That boundary protects you: a question about medication, a test result or a symptom belongs with the clinician who can examine you and see your full history.
Where a question goes
-
Everyday eating, planning, portions, swaps and routine
Bring it to your dietitian session.
-
Medication, dosage, symptoms and test results
Take it to your physician or hospital.
-
An urgent or worsening problem
Contact emergency care, not this website.
If a clinical question comes up during a session, your dietitian will say so plainly and point you back to your clinician.
Bookings and Payment
Consultation fees are quoted in writing before a session is confirmed. Payment is made by invoice or bank transfer, or in person at our Yogyakarta address. Sessions are confirmed after payment clears. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided with your booking confirmation.
Because the quote arrives in writing, you can read the scope and the price before you commit. Keep the confirmation message — it carries the session details and the terms that apply to that particular booking, which may differ from a later booking if our terms change.
To arrange a session
Start on the Contact & Booking page. Your quote and confirmation reach you before any payment is due.
Contact usYour Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form to the extent you are willing, and to follow up on any clinical questions with your physician. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
You can leave a field blank and say so in the notes — a plan built on an incomplete picture is less useful than one built on an honest one. Tell your dietitian about allergies, prescribed medication and any condition your physician is already managing, because that changes what a sensible plan looks like.
Intellectual Property
Content on this site, including written plans provided to clients, is owned by NutriGuide Indonesia or its licensors. You may use your personal plan for your own purposes and may not redistribute it commercially.
Sharing a recipe with a friend is not the issue. Copying a plan into a paid programme, a clinic handout or a social media post that sells something is. If you want to quote from an article on this site, link back to the page you took it from.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, NutriGuide Indonesia is not liable for outcomes resulting from your decisions about diet, supplements, or medication.
You remain responsible for consulting your physician about medical matters. A plan is advice about food; what you do with it, and any change you make to medication or supplements, stays your decision and your clinician's.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
A link is not an endorsement, and a page that changes hands later is still outside our control. Check the terms and privacy notice of any site you leave ours for.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the current one.
When something material changes, we update this page rather than keeping a second version somewhere else. Bookmark it if you want the wording you agreed to beside you while you read.
Governing Law and Contact

Questions these terms raise
Does booking a consultation make you my doctor?
No. You are working with a registered dietitian on food and eating. Medical questions belong with your physician, and your dietitian will say so when one comes up.
What happens to the plan you write for me?
It is yours to use for your own eating. The wording stays ours, so please do not republish it, hand it out in a paid programme or present it as your own material.
Where do I send a question about these terms?
Write to [email protected] or call +62 274 589 321 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. If your question is about a booking, include the confirmation you received.
